Matthew Riordan

Matthew Riordan has been a dedicated leader in the window and door industry since 2012 He began his career as a salesman and quickly advanced through respected organizations such as Champion, Renewal by Andersen, and a couple South Florida based companies. His strong operational and sales leadership eventually led him to a general manager role, where he consistently delivered significant growth.

Before entering the home improvement industry, Matthew worked in real estate and earned a degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas. Prior to that, he proudly served in the United States Air Force. Over the past 15 years, he has committed himself to mastering every aspect of the window and door business, learning from numerous successful companies and building the skill set required to run an organization of his own.

That expertise—and the desire to build something independently—led Matthew to partner with his longtime best friend and colleague Casey Hughes someone who had worked alongside him for many years in the industry. Together, they launched EcoView, a dealership

Arkansas was chosen as EcoView’s home base for its strong talent pool and Matthew’s deep personal connections to the state. His wife, who played a vital role in the company’s foundation, is from Arkansas as well. From this base in Benton, EcoView has attracted top talent, built a strong operational foundation, and positioned itself for nationwide expansion.

Today, EcoView employs approximately 196 people across 14 states and continues to grow rapidly. With national reach on the horizon, the company remains proudly headquartered in Benton, Arkansas, where Matthew leads its vision for becoming one of the premier window and door organizations in the country.
